You've built a life worth having.
You just don't feel it anymore.

A 6-month 1:1 journey for ambitious women navigating burnout or a career turning point — to come home to yourself and rebuild from solid ground.

When people come to me

It rarely starts with a dramatic crisis. It starts with a feeling that won't go away, that the version of your life you're working so hard to hold isn't one you'd choose again. Maybe you're burning out quietly behind a life that looks successful from the outside. Maybe you're at a turning point the role you built no longer fits, and you're not sure who you are without it. Often it's both.

You don't need another productivity hack or pro-and-con list. You need space, and deeper work, to come home to yourself and decide what's next from solid ground and not from survival.

Does this feel familiar?

  • Wired and depleted. You wake already tired, your mind racing before your feet hit the floor — and you can't switch off, not at dinner, not on the holiday you can't quite enjoy.

  • Running on adrenaline. You're still delivering but at the cost of your health, pushing through the fog, one more late night at the laptop to stay ahead.

  • Worth that swings with your output. A day without a win feels like a day you're worth nothing. The proving never stops.

  • A stranger in your own life. You're not quite sure who you'd even be underneath the role anymore.

  • Stuck in place. You've been circling how to change for months or years but every time you want to move the fear paralyses you.

Right Now
After six months
  • Rested and awake in your own life. You wake and there's quiet — not the absence of thought, but the absence of dread. You're present at dinner. The holiday actually lands. You know how to come down, and you do with routines tailored to your unique nervous system.

  • Moving from choice, not adrenaline. You still work hard, but you're not running from something anymore. The late nights are rarer, chosen rather than compelled, and the fog has lifted. Your energy is yours again.

  • Worth that's simply yours. A day without a win is still a day you matter. The proving hasn't disappeared — it's just no longer the engine. You hold yourself to a high standard without needing to punish yourself to get there.

  • At home in yourself. You know who you are underneath the role — and you like what you find. Not because everything is resolved, but because you're no longer a stranger to yourself.

  • Moving. The circling has stopped. Not because the fear is gone, but because it no longer has the wheel. You make decisions from the ground, and you trust them.

Is this for you?

YES

You're still in it — but running on empty.
A founder, leader, or professional who can feel burnout coming before it arrives. You need to change something — before your body makes the decision for you.

You've burned out and know you can't go back.
The career no longer fits. You want something different but don't know what — because you've lost the thread back to yourself.

You're stuck — and it's not a strategy problem.
You've been circling the same decision for months or years. The fear takes over every time you get close. More information won't fix this.

What's keeping you there — underneath all three:
the perfectionism that's never quite satisfied · the worth fused to your output · the impostor that survives every achievement · the anxiety that lives in your body, not your head · the identity so tied to the role you're not sure who's underneath · the fear that letting go leaves nothing

These aren't character flaws. They're patterns with roots. And they're exactly what this work reaches.

No

You're looking for traditional career coaching — someone to help you map your options, update your CV, or find your next role. That's valuable work; it's just a different kind. I can point you toward people who do it well.

You're not ready to work beneath the surface. This isn't just talking about your situation — we go to the level of the nervous system, the body, and the beliefs running beneath your awareness. That requires genuine willingness to go there.

You can't commit to the full six months right now. This container is deliberately unhurried, because identity transitions don't happen in eight weeks. If the timing isn't right, it's better to wait until it is.

You tend to stop when it gets uncomfortable. The most important work always happens just past the point where stepping back feels easier. I'll hold the space and the structure — but you have to be willing to stay in it.

The transformation journey

We work at the roots: the worth tied to output, the inner critic, the identity you've outgrown and lay down new pathways that can hold real confidence and resilience. From that freer, steadier place, you reconnect with your values, your strengths, and what you genuinely want now.

Rewire at the Root.

Reimagine.

You create a way of living and working that honors both your ambition and your humanity — where success no longer costs you your health. Whether that's a frame that finally holds the work you love, or a genuinely new direction, you rebuild your life around who you are now.

We gently bring your nervous system out of the survival mode that once kept you safe and is now keeping you stuck. As your body learns to build capacity again, you begin to process and release the experiences, emotions, and beliefs that have been quietly running you — so they no longer control your present.

Map the Landscape.

We begin by making the diffuse precise: your patterns, your nervous system, your history, and where you actually want to go. From this I build your personalised plan, so the work is shaped around you, not a template.

Release & Regulate.

Why this goes deeper than anything you've tried.

Most therapy and coaching work almost entirely on one level — the cognitive. You come to understand your patterns, you can name them perfectly and still they repeat. Because they don't only live in your thoughts. They live in your nervous system, your body, and your subconscious.

What makes this work rare, and so effective, is that we work on all three at once:

  • Cognitive — CBT, the inner critic, self-compassion.

  • Physical — somatic stress release and nervous-system regulation, working with what your body has carried for years.

  • Subconscious — clinical hypnotherapy, for the rewiring beliefs running beneath your awareness.

Holding all three together as a psychologist, clinical hypnotherapist and somatic practitioner in one person is what lets change go beyond insight and actually take root.

What clients say

"Julia's gentle approach made me feel safe and seen immediately. I finally felt what it means to feel what's underneath instead of analyzing my stress on a rational level, over and over again."

Lisa R., 1:1 client

“I came to Julia at the brink of burnout. I was constantly sick, depleted of energy and joy. What blew my mind was learning to see my body's symptoms as signals, not enemies. I found simple tools to reconnect to my inner voice and uncovered the root of my harsh self-criticism. How I show up at work and in life has transformed enormously.”

Jessica H., 1:1 client

"I put off working with someone for a long time… I was afraid of not being understood, or not being able to open up. Julia took that fear away immediately. From our very first session I felt understood, and she approaches even difficult topics with warmth, respect, and a lightness that makes it possible to go there. With her help I've been able to work through heavy things from my childhood and I'm beginning, more and more, to heal. The hypnosis has become part of my daily life and has carried me further than I expected. I've finally found my way back to myself a little more.

About Me

Five years ago, I was navigating a career that looked successful from the outside and felt increasingly wrong on the inside. I was helping multinational companies transform while my own inner world was quietly depleting. Chronic stress had been building for years and my body eventually made it impossible to ignore.

I tried all the common advice — yoga, mindfulness, therapy, career coaching.
None of it went deep enough to touch the root.

These steps were pieces of the puzzle but what changed things was going deeper: nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, somatic work. Slowly, I began to let go of years of stored stress and the patterns that had been running me beneath the surface (perfectionism, harsh self-critisism feeling like an impostor despite the achievements).

I found the energy to take my first steps toward something new, moved to Paris on my own, met my wonderful partner, and started the training that led me here.

I'm not "fully healed" and I won't pretend otherwise. I still experience fear, frustration, and the occasional 2am spiral. Thats deeply human. The difference now is that I no longer shame myself into performance. I treat my body as my partner and I know how to come back to myself. I have build the inner foundation for the outer transformation I dreamed so long about.

Today I split my time between Berlin and Paris — working as a integrative psychologist 1:1 with clients, hosting group programs, advising founders and organisations, and doing work where my values and my ambition are finally in balance.

A life I could have never imagined five years ago.

This is what I want for you.
