About me
My Journey from Corporate Burnout to Authentic Well-Being
I'm Julia, and five years ago, I was living the very contradiction you might be experiencing now. As a sustainability consultant working with multinational corporations, I had a well-paid, high-impact career helping organizations create positive environmental change. On paper, my life looked exactly like what I thought I wanted.
But behind the scenes, I was falling apart.
I was navigating a corporate career that felt increasingly wrong while battling chronic health issues—persistent bladder infections, digestive problems, and the kind of exhaustion that sleep couldn't fix. Despite always loving to speak and write, I was paralyzed by imposter syndrome and afraid to show up authentically. I couldn't have imagined being active and vulnerable on social media, yet I knew I had something to share.
I was single for years in Berlin, helping companies become more sustainable while my own inner world was in complete depletion. The perfectionism that drove my professional success was slowly eroding my capacity for joy, connection, and authentic fulfillment.
The transformation that followed wasn't about becoming perfect, it was about learning to approach life differently.
Through nervous system work, I began stabilizing my chronic health issues. Hypnotherapy helped me rewire limiting beliefs that had been running my life. Slowly, I found the energy to take my first steps toward something new. I started spending time in Paris—first for a few weeks, then for professional assignments. I began getting my life sparks back, met my wonderful partner, and started the professional training that led me back to psychology.
But here's what I want you to know: I'm not "fully healed" or always feeling limitless. I still experience fear, frustration, and anxiety about the state of our world. The difference is that I don't shame myself into performance anymore. I treat my body as my partner, not my enemy. I give space for all my emotions, even the painful ones. I've stopped limiting myself to who I thought I could be.
Today, I split my time between Berlin and Paris, doing work I'm genuinely passionate about with deep inner peace and a wonderful partner by my side. But more than the external changes, I wake up each day feeling genuinely excited about my life. I've learned to maintain my commitment to meaningful work without sacrificing my well-being, relationships, or sense of self.
What I Learned That Changes Everything
Here's the truth that most coaching and self-help approaches miss: Authentic well-being isn't about managing your sensitivity or pushing through your challenges, it's about creating the inner conditions for your natural vitality and wisdom to emerge.
My Approach — Inner Regeneration
My approach, which I call Inner Regeneration, recognizes that you don't need to be fixed or fundamentally changed. You need the right support to process what's been weighing you down and to reconnect with the resilient, creative, authentic person you naturally are.
Drawing from my Master's degree in Psychology, Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy, and my extensive personal healing journey, my personal impact lies in curating the most effective tools and techniques, then creating the safe and fertile ground for you to heal sustainably, so you develop the inner capacities to change the outside systems for the better.
Just as regenerative agriculture works with natural cycles rather than depleting the soil, Inner Regeneration works with your natural capacity for healing rather than forcing change. We don't just manage your anxiety; we understand and transform what's creating it. We don't just cope with perfectionism; we heal the underlying beliefs and experiences that fuel it.
Beyond Individual Healing —
Creating Ripples of Change
When you heal your relationship with stress, perfectionism, and self-doubt, something beautiful happens. You don't just feel better—you become more present in your relationships, more creative in your work, and more effective at whatever positive change you're trying to create in the world.
Many of my clients discover that as they develop emotional resilience, authentic boundaries, and nervous system regulation, they naturally become more innovative, influential, and genuinely impactful. They stop trying to prove their worth through endless striving and start contributing from a place of authentic strength and clarity.
Your well-being isn't separate from your impact, it's the foundation for it.
You have one precious life and unique gifts to offer the world. Learning to thrive sustainably isn't selfish, it's essential. When you model authentic well-being while pursuing meaningful work, you give others permission to do the same.
Ready to discover how sustainable well-being can amplify rather than compete with your meaningful work?
Let's explore what becomes possible when you stop choosing between impact and inner peace.
