As a psychologist and former sustainability consultant, I help impact-driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives transform stress, self-doubt, and deeper emotional challenges into lasting well-being and authentic success.

 I understand the struggles you're facing because I've lived them. Five years ago, I was navigating a corporate career that looked successful but felt increasingly wrong, while battling chronic health issues, imposter syndrome, and the kind of exhaustion that sleep couldn't fix. I was afraid to show up authentically, despite always loving to speak and write.

The transformation that followed wasn't about becoming perfect, it was about learning to approach life differently.

Through nervous system work, I began stabilizing my chronic health issues. Hypnotherapy helped me rewire limiting beliefs that had been running my life. Slowly, I found the energy to take my first steps toward something new. I started spending time in Paris, met my wonderful partner, and began the professional training that led me back to psychology.

But here's what I want you to know: I'm not "fully healed" or always feeling limitless. I still experience fear, frustration, and anxiety about the state of our world. The difference is that I don't shame myself into performance anymore. I treat my body as my partner, not my enemy. I give space for all my emotions, even the very painful ones. I've stopped limiting myself to who I thought I could be.

I've learned that sustainable well-being isn't about eliminating difficult emotions or achieving perfect balance, it's about having the tools and compassionate mindset to navigate life's inevitable ups and downs without losing yourself in the process.

After investing years and significant resources in my own healing journey, I've developed an approach that integrates the most effective methods for creating this kind of sustainable transformation. Now I help others develop the same capacity to move through life's challenges while maintaining their well-being and pursuing their authentic goals.
