Hi, I’m Julia

As a psychologist and former sustainability consultant, I help impact-driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives (especially women) transform stress, self-doubt, and deeper emotional challenges into lasting well-being and authentic success.

I understand the struggles you're facing because I've lived them. Five years ago, I was navigating a corporate career that looked successful and had purpose but felt increasingly wrong. I felt that there was something else out there but just could not move or change anything while battling chronic health issues from years of intense stress and pressure. I felt paralyzed by imposter syndrome and my own inner critique. The anxiety to leave the career path I was on and had worked hard for kept me motionless for too long.

The transformation that followed wasn't about pushing harder, it was about healing past wounds and coming back home to myself. My strengths, my values & my passions without the fog and weight of past experiences, unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs.
